Who are you? Not who do you think you are, but who does your life say you are? Are you a procrastinator, or harsh, loud, otherwise annoying? Stop denying it and own it. Once you own it, you can address it. What do you want, not what do you say you want, but what do you want, what do you crave? What would you sacrifice for? What would you give up sleep for, what would you miss a meal for, what would you catch a bus for, what would you give up your jewelry for?

AND BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF
Often, we say we want, but we use that word loosely. Do we WANT, or would we LIKE TO HAVE? Is your sentence - I want to lose weigh? Or is your sentence -I would like to lose weight, if I can do it without spending money, modifying my diet, exercising, or changing my schedule? Is that what you mean? Because if that’s what you mean, then that’s what you need to say – it will relieve your stress. Maybe society’s priorities aren’t your priorities at all.
